About the role :

You will engage with developers and help them fulfil their true potential by matching them with interesting opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• You will source and find high quality candidates across various sourcing platforms
• You will ensure interview coordination between companies and candidates is handled well.
• Engage with developers via email/message/phone calls
• You will be responsible for scheduling interviews between companies and candidates.
• Answer and resolve any questions developers on Geektrust may have - regarding companies, or about anything else at Geektrust
• Ensure every developer's experience on Geektrust is of the highest quality
